By accessing or using Comparee.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Comparee.ai is operated by Comparee AI, LLC (Delaware, United States).

2. What Comparee provides

Comparee.ai is an information and discovery service for AI tools. It lets you build a step-by-step AI workflow from a goal, search and compare individual AI tools by category, view rankings (“Top apps”), and read articles in our News section.

All recommendations, workflows, rankings and comparisons are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical or business advice. You are responsible for evaluating any tool before relying on it.

3. Third-party tools and links

Comparee references and links to third-party AI tools and websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, security, performance or practices of those third parties. Any contract you enter into with a third-party tool is solely between you and that provider.

Tool details such as features and pricing can change at any time; we work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it. Always verify current details on the provider’s own website.

4. Affiliate and sponsored disclosure

Comparee is free for users. We earn revenue through partnerships with some AI tools — including affiliate commissions (we may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase via our links) and sponsored placements. These commercial relationships never change the factual information we show, and affiliate status is used only internally and is not shown to you as a ranking factor.

Where a placement is sponsored, we aim to make that clear. Our goal is to recommend the right tool for your goal regardless of any commercial relationship.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, scraping or harvesting data at scale without permission, reselling or redistributing our content as your own, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@comparee.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual property

The Comparee.ai name, design, original text, rankings methodology and software are owned by Comparee and protected by applicable laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comparee is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party tool you discover through it.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date below reflects the latest version.
